Our products are shipped directly from independent designers and artists who use their own packaging and shipping provider. All shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary per designer.
Shipping costs can be higher when you order items from different designers worldwide. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking once the information is collected from the seller. Please note that carbootclub is not liable for Import duties or missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.
TRACKING
Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please, check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in the return of your parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
